Russell James Sweet is the son of Blair and Teresa Sweet. He was was born in Orange County, California. During the year of 1999, his family moved to Holland, Michigan. Russell is the youngest of his brother and sister. In 2009 Russell graduated from Holland Christian High School.
Russell always enjoys being active and trying new things. At the age of 2, he learned to ride a skateboard and it quickly became his favorite past time. As he grew older, any sport that involved a board he enjoyed doing. In high school, Russell started to focus on fitness and nutrition. Working out and eating clean was something he committed to and he continues to maintain that healthy lifestyle today.
In 2013, Russell graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Exercise Science. With chiropractic care running in the family, he has always been familiar with the profession and eventually took interest in it for himself. The integrated holistic approach to chiropractic care was a great way for him to channel his own personal interest in health and nutrition.

This past September Russell moved down to Port Orange, Florida to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is currently working hard through his second quarter. During his time down there he has made many new friends, joined a Bible study, and found a great church. When he has free time, he usually spends it out at the beach surfing with his friends. He will continue studying at Palmer for 3 more years and then begin his career as a doctor of chiropractic.
